decided to revive my blog and for the very first time post an entry about my new pet. he's actually not new because I already had him for more than two months now.

I'd like you to meet my baby sibe, Aenid. Got him from a breeder/pet store owner last September.

It has been my life long dream to own this type of dog and I was so happy when I finally decided to get one. My life suddenly changed a bit because now it involves taking care and attending the needs of this adorable furkid.

Aenid at 3 months old, first night in our house. He sleeps on my bed when he was still this small.

at 4 months, he started to be more playful and energetic...

learning to go up and down the stairs...

becoming more and more curious on his surroundings at 5 months.

He is turning 6 months by the end of the month and he's getting bigger as well. I am so excited to see him grow...

me and my friends were supposed to have a photoshoot at the park last Saturday afternoon but I overslept. So we just decided to watch a movie. The gang was not complete but it was ok as I spent a great night with 2 of my girlfriends I miss the most. Nona and Chrissy.

And Yes... X-MEN FIRST CLASS is AWESOME.

I just don't like Mystique's make-up/prosthetics here. Hairline kung hairline. But for me she's still the best mutant ever and I would love to steal her powers.

MAY 22.team outing (again) at Amana Waterparks in Pandi Bulacan. It was a tiring day. I was late, had no sleep but it was fun. We only had a few hours to swim because the place was crowded.

MAY 25. start of swimming lessons at Camp Crame. This will run for 12 sessions. We already had 2 sessions last week.

MAY 28. Jess and Shaneen's wedding. It was raining like crazy but that didn't stop us from witnessing the event. It was also some sort of reunion with my previous team mates at IBM.

what a blast!

I want my own space...

For someone in his mid- 20s, it's quite sad to say that I still live with my parents and siblings. I already had several attempts to move out but for some reasons, it's either it did not happen because of some financial shortage or family drama.

I use to have my own room a year ago, when my sister hasn't moved in our big house. To cut the story short, we had to make way for her and her 3 kids. I had to pack my things, leave my own room, and share a much bigger room with my other brother. That was the start of the nightmare for me.

Right now, our room is a mess. and I really hate it. Full of clothes and other stuff and Im too lazy to clean or keep it organized because I hate it. I just let my brother do the cleaning. Sometimes, I dont feel like going home and sleeping in the room because I always get annoyed.

How can you sleep properly if someone comes in and out to get stuff and do other things. I really hate sharing rooms, it does not give you privacy and peace of mind at all.

And now Im planning again to move out. But from the looks of it, they dont want me to. But Ive had enough already. When I told my dad and sister that Im planning to move out and rent a place of my own they got a emotional and hsyterical at the same time. I just told them that I just need time to save money and when Im ready they would know.

They even offered me half the space of our 4th floor so that I wouldnt move out. And when I think about it, it's not that bad. All I have to do is shell out some money and make a small room up there.

Im not sure if this plan will work but I've been looking for some room designs online lately. I dont have a specific design in mind yet. I want something simple.

I think this calls for another entry.

call me red!

January 2011 was the first time I tried dying my hair red. The korean stylist from Tony and Jackey suggested that in order to achieve the red shade that I want, hair needs to be treated first. They did something called Hair Manicure to make my hair color lighter, like corn-hair (kulay mais). Then they put the red dye that I wanted. At first, I did not quite get the red that I want but I liked how it turned out... (like red with a bit of orange or chestnut whatevs).

of course the redness slowly faded after a few months and the color became a bit dark red to brownish. My hair looked like this 3 days ago...

so I decided to dye my hair again the same color that the korean stylist used when I had my hair dyed 4 months ago. This time no hair manicure.

and I LOVE IT SO MUCH! ^__^V

Yes, I got inspired by some people from lookbook.nu

They came up with this look collaboration as a support for the victims of Japan's recent earthquake and tsunami called 1 hyped equals $1 donation which ended last May 8, 2011. At the end of the week, they donated around $14K.

I wanted to take part of it but was late but I did it anyways. here's my way of showing support:

Just Always Pray At Night

If you also want to help, you can donate to the American Red Cross here:

notes on a rainy day...

A dream...

I was standing under a waiting shed with nowhere else to go, trying my best to stay dry. The sky was trying to console me. Crying... for me. The rain started to get stronger that even if I stayed in the middle of the only cover I can get, I still got wet. I noticed a hole on the old roof letting the water in. The roof must've been here for a long time I guess. Trying to withstand any kind of weather and trying to cover people.

We were very much alike, this old waiting shed and me. Sharing the same experience; trying to help and protect others, but somehow never valued. I look at the hole of this old rusty roof and hope that someday people would see me as someone worth keeping. And as the rain continued to pour, the shed echoed it's wish to the skies along with mine...

someone will stay with us, and share himself with us for a lifetime.

On a lighter note, I received this sweet message which made me smile the whole day...

Tahoe Invades Bataan

Our project went to Bataan for our annual summer outing. It's not as good as the previous summer destinations we've been to but the activities we did were truly worth it. The place is called Phi Phi Beach Resort in Morong, Bataan.

Since I am part of the team who organized the said event, it feels good that we got positive feedback from individuals who joined the outing. Thank you guys! And we are so glad for taking part of this event.

This year's theme was a combination of Survivor and Amazing Race. We had bandannas of different colors to represent the 6 teams playing for the title.

my bandanna is hot pink.kkkkk....

team building activities...

A cooking contest ala Iron Chef was also held and after dinner we had Luau Night.

some pictures of the food prepared by the teams.

I got drunk after dinner so I was not able to join my team mates at the beach in the morning. But it was still a weekend to remember.

Obviously, a late post but I wanted to make an entry for this.

Our team had lunch last Saturday after shift at Dad's Kamayan.

I really am not a fan of eat all you can. My first and only plate for the day was this:

(some serving of rice, liempo, laing sa gata, crispy kangkong, chiken adobo, lechon paksiw & crispy salmon skin)

After lunch, we had our mini bowling tournament at StarMall's Bowling Center.I totally suck at bowling so all I did was fool around.

BTW, did I mention it was fun? ^__^V
